Who we are: Lumisoul ("Lumisoul," "we," "us," or "our").
What this covers: The mobile game Space Cows, currently available on Android.
Audience: Space Cows is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ohad@funkyduke.com.
Current data collection: Space Cows uses Firebase Analytics to collect general app-usage data (such as app opens and session activity). It does not currently display ads or offer in-app purchases. This policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

1. Introduction

Lumisoul ("Lumisoul," "we," "us," or "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed in connection with our mobile game Space Cows (the "Game") and the webpage hosting this policy (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services."

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

Support requests: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name and email address.

b. Information Collected Automatically

Space Cows integrates Firebase Analytics, which automatically collects general app-usage data, including: app opens, session starts and duration, first-time app opens, and general engagement activity, along with an anonymous analytics instance ID generated by Firebase.

We do not currently send detailed, item-level gameplay events to any analytics service — only Firebase's default automatic events are enabled. Space Cows does not currently integrate any advertising or in-app purchasing SDKs, and does not automatically collect advertising IDs or ad interaction data.

Local save data: Your game progress is stored only in a save file on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and we do not keep a server-side copy.

c. Information from Third Parties

Not applicable at this time — Space Cows does not currently integrate any third-party service that would provide us information about you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

4. Advertising, Analytics & Consent

The Game uses Firebase Analytics to collect general app-usage data as described above. At this time, this collection is automatic and no in-app consent option is currently presented. The Game does not currently display advertisements.

If we introduce advertising in the future, or add a consent control for analytics, we will update this Privacy Policy first and, where required, present an on-device consent screen (via Google's User Messaging Platform) — matching the approach used in our other titles.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. General app-usage data collected via Firebase Analytics is shared with Google (Firebase's operator) for analytics purposes, governed by Google's own privacy practices. We do not currently share data with any advertising or in-app-purchasing partner, since neither is integrated. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the specific partners and data involved.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Safety and enforcement: We may share data to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lumisoul, our users, or the public, and to enforce our terms of service.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described here.

6. Children's Privacy

Space Cows is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at ohad@funkyduke.com so we can investigate and, where applicable, delete that information.

7. Data Retention

Local game-progress & save data: Stored only on your device for as long as the app remains installed; removed automatically on uninstall or storage clear. We hold no copy of it.
Support request data: Retained up to 12 months after resolution.

8. Data Security

Local save data is stored in the Game's private, sandboxed storage area on your device, protected by your device's operating system. We do not operate backend servers for Space Cows — there is no first-party account system or server-side copy of your save data.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal data.
Right to data portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data to transfer to another service.
Right to restrict processing: Request that we limit how we use your data.
Right to object: Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes, including direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent: If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at ohad@funkyduke.com. We will respond within 30 days (or within the timeframe required by applicable law). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10. For California Users (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights. Since Space Cows does not currently collect identifiers, usage data, or commercial information beyond basic support-request contact, there is little presently subject to a "categories collected" disclosure. You retain the rights below regardless:

Right to know: You can request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to delete: You can request deletion of your personal information.
Right to correct: You can request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell personal information.
Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

11. Other Jurisdictions

Brazil (LGPD) — If you are located in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) grants you rights similar to those described in Section 9. You may exercise your rights by contacting us at ohad@funkyduke.com.

Australia — If you are located in Australia, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988. You may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you have a complaint.

People's Republic of China (PIPL) — If applicable regulations under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of China apply to your use of our Services, we process your data in accordance with PIPL requirements. Contact us for further details.

Israel — If you are located in Israel, we process your personal information in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended. You have the right to review the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion, as described in Section 9. You may also lodge a complaint with Israel's Privacy Protection Authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ohad@funkyduke.com.

12. International Data Transfers

Not currently applicable in a meaningful way, since no third-party processors are integrated yet. This section will be expanded once analytics, advertising, or in-app purchasing are added. Where we do transfer data internationally in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on our service providers' own compliance frameworks and, where applicable, your explicit consent to the transfer.

13. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Firebase Analytics (Google) — Automatic app-usage analytics — firebase.google.com/support/privacy

No advertising or in-app-purchasing SDKs are currently integrated. This section will be expanded further the moment any are added.

14. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You can manage cookie preferences through your web browser settings. The Game itself does not currently use any tracking technologies.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons — most notably, the day advertising, analytics, or in-app purchasing are actually added to the Game. When we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
Post the revised policy at the same location.
Where required by law, notify you through an in-app message or other appropriate means.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
