Who we are: Lumisoul ("Lumisoul," "we," "us," or "our").
What this covers: The mobile game Slime Garden, currently available on Android.
Audience: Slime Garden is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ohad@funkyduke.com.
Ads: We show rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You can opt out of ad personalization at any time through your device settings or the in-app Privacy Options control.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics collects general app-usage data, governed by the same on-device consent process described in Section 4.

1. Introduction

Lumisoul ("Lumisoul," "we," "us," or "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed in connection with our mobile game Slime Garden (the "Game") and our webpage at Privacy Policy - Slime Garden hosting this policy (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services."

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

Support requests: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name and email address.
In-app purchases: Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play. We receive an order confirmation and product identifier through our in-app purchasing system but do not collect or store your payment details.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Game, we may automatically collect:

Device information: Device model, operating system and version, language/locale, and similar technical information automatically logged by our analytics provider.
Identifiers: Your Android Advertising ID, and an anonymous analytics instance ID generated by Firebase Analytics.
App usage data: General engagement data logged by Firebase Analytics, such as app opens, session length, and screens viewed. We do not currently send detailed, item-level gameplay events (e.g., specific in-game actions) to any analytics service. This collection is governed by the same consent process described in Section 4.
Ad interaction data: Whether a rewarded video ad was shown, viewed, and completed.
General location: City- or region-level location derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).

Local save data: Your game progress (in-game currency, purchases owned, farm/save state) is stored only in a save file on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and we do not keep a server-side copy.

c. Information from Third Parties

Ad network: Google AdMob may provide aggregated performance data about ad delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Game (Legal basis: Contract performance)
Process in-app purchases (Legal basis: Contract performance)
Display rewarded video advertisements (Legal basis: Consent / Legitimate interest)
Collect analytics data and analyze aggregate app usage to improve the Game (Legal basis: Consent / Legitimate interest)
Monitor app usage to identify and address technical issues, where analytics data is available (Legal basis: Legitimate interest)
Help prevent fraudulent or abusive purchase activity (Legal basis: Legitimate interest)
Comply with legal obligations such as COPPA (Legal basis: Legal obligation)
Respond to your support requests (Legal basis: Contract performance)
Measure advertising performance in aggregate (Legal basis: Consent / Legitimate interest)

4. Advertising, Analytics & Consent

The Game is free to play and supported by advertisements. We work with Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads within the Game. We do not currently show banner or interstitial ads. We also use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage, as described in Section 2.

Both ad personalization and analytics collection are governed by the same on-device consent process. Depending on your device and region, you may be shown a consent screen (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before either begins; where no such screen is required, both proceed automatically. In either case, you can review or change your choice at any time from the Privacy Options button in the Game's Settings menu, which updates both your advertising and analytics preferences immediately.

How to Opt Out of Personalized Ads

In-app: When shown a consent form, you may decline personalized advertising and analytics collection, or revisit your choice later via the Privacy Options button in Settings.
Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

Ad Network Partner

Google AdMob - Ad display & consent management - policies.google.com/privacy

This partner may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data to serve and measure advertisements. Please refer to their privacy policy for details on their data practices.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Game (e.g., analytics and ad serving). These providers process data on our behalf under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
Ad network partner: As described in Section 4, Google AdMob receives device identifiers and ad interaction data to deliver and measure advertisements.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Safety and enforcement: We may share data to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lumisoul, our users, or the public, and to enforce our terms of service.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described here.

6. Children's Privacy

Slime Garden is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at ohad@funkyduke.com so we can investigate and, where applicable, delete that information.

7. Data Retention

Local game-progress & save data: Stored only on your device for as long as the app remains installed. It is removed automatically when you uninstall the app or clear its storage, and we hold no copy of it.
Analytics data: Collection is governed by the same consent process described in Section 4. Where it is collected: individual event-level data (e.g., a specific app-open or session event) is retained for 2 months on a fixed schedule; data associated with your analytics identifier as a whole is retained for 14 months, and that period resets each time the identifier generates new activity, so actively-played installs are retained on a rolling basis rather than deleted on a fixed date. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained longer.
Support request data: Up to 12 months after resolution.
Advertising identifier & ad interaction data: Retained by Google/AdMob under their own retention policies; you can reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is either deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be associated with you.

8. Data Security

We rely on the following measures to protect your information:

Local save data is stored in the Game's private, sandboxed storage area on your device, protected by your device's operating system.
Data sent to our analytics and advertising providers (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) is transmitted using their SDKs' standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
We do not operate our own backend servers for Slime Garden - there is no first-party account system or server-side copy of your save data.
Access to aggregated analytics and advertising dashboards is limited to authorized personnel.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal data.
Right to data portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data to transfer to another service.
Right to restrict processing: Request that we limit how we use your data.
Right to object: Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes, including direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent: If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

10. For California Users (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights:

Your California Rights

Right to know: You can request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to delete: You can request deletion of your personal information.
Right to correct: You can request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell personal information. If our sharing of data with our advertising partner is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA, you may opt out by adjusting your ad consent settings in the Game or your device's advertising ID settings.
Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

11. Other Jurisdictions

Brazil (LGPD)

If you are located in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados (LGPD) grants you rights similar to those described in Section 9. You may exercise your rights by contacting us at ohad@funkyduke.com.

Australia

If you are located in Australia, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988. You may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you have a complaint.

People's Republic of China (PIPL)

If applicable regulations under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of China apply to your use of our Services, we process your data in accordance with PIPL requirements. Contact us for further details.

Israel

If you are located in Israel, we process your personal information in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended. You have the right to review the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion, as described in the "Data Deletion" section above. 12. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

Reliance on our service providers' own compliance frameworks (Google and Unity Technologies maintain data transfer mechanisms for their services).
Where applicable, your explicit consent to the transfer.

The Game integrates the following third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services. Each may collect data independently according to their own privacy policies:

14. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You can manage cookie preferences through your web browser settings.

Within the Game, our analytics and advertising SDKs may use device-level identifiers (such as the advertising ID) for analytics and advertising purposes. For in-app tracking, please refer to the opt-out instructions in Section 4.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
Post the revised policy at the same location.
Where required by law, notify you through an in-app message or other appropriate means.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
