Funky Duke Ltd. ("Funky Duke," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you download, install, or play Crazy Frog Wacky Run (the “Game”).

This Policy applies only to data collected through the Crazy Frog Wacky Run mobile application. Data collected through any Funky Duke websites, community forums, or third-party services may be covered by separate privacy notices available on those properties.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Gameplay and diagnostic data linked to inactive installs are deleted after 12 months of inactivity. You may request deletion at any time—see Section 10.

We implement industry‑standard safeguards, including encrypted data‑in‑transit (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and role‑based access controls. However, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers outside your country (e.g., in the EU or US). Where required, Funky Duke relies on Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules, or your explicit consent to ensure adequate protection for cross‑border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Game or legal requirements. We will post the updated version in‑app and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
